Delivery of goods is the seller’s responsibility. We recommend that you include delivery costs in your price to keeps things simple for the buyer. You choose if you want to sell locally or worldwide. Click here for information on delivery companies.
9. Delivery method
We recommend recorded delivery with a courier service. Use a company that offers tracking of goods and insurance. Protect yourself from delivery problems by ensuring goods have to be signed for. If you use our online shop to collect payment you will not get paid until the buyer has received the goods in satisfactory condition.
9. What if the buyer claims not to have recieved the goods?
The seller is responsible for the goods until they are received by the buyer. A signature from the transport or courier company is the only undeniable proof of the consignment and receipt of the goods to the Buyer.
10. What if the artwork does not turn up?
We always advice using a postal service with a signature to track missing goods. You should contact the artist immediatley if an item is missing.
